Non - Destructive Testing (NDT) Services
01Ultrasonic A, B & C-Scan.
Ultrasonic Testing uses high frequency sound energy to conductaminations and make measurements. Ultrasonic inspection can be used for flaw detection / evaluation, dimensional measurements, material characterization, and more.
02Radiography Testing (X and Gamma Ray).
Radiography testing or industrial radiography is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method of inspecting materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic radiation (high energy photons; x, gamma, neutron, etc) to penetrate various materials.
03Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging.
This procedure is applicable for the manual ultrasonic thickness measurement for process piping and pressure vessel.
04Magnetic Particle Testing.
Magnetic particle inspection processes are non-destructive methods for the detection of surface and sub-surface detects in ferrous materials.
05Dye-Penetrant Testing.
Dye penetrant inspection (DPI) also called Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), is a widely applied and low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). It is one of the oldest NDT methods.
06Eddy Current Testing.
Eddy current inspection is one of several NDT methods that use the principal of "electromagnetism" as the basis for conducting examinations. Several other methods such as Remote Field Testing (RFT), Flux Leakage and Barkhausen Noise also use this principle.
07Hardness Testing.
Hardness tests are used for specification purposes, to check heat treating procedure, to check the effectiveness of surface-hardening methods and as a substitude for tensile tests on parts that are too small for full scale tests.
08Holiday Testing (For Painting/Coating).
To detect holes or holidays of a coating or wrapping on a metal. Coating or wrapping thickness shall range between 0.5mm to 4mm.
09Positive Material Identification (PMI):
This procedure is intended to cover the existing equipment (retroactive program) and the on-going meintenance work items, the requirements of new project shall follow IP18-12-1. This procedure basically applies to all alloy (not carbon steel) metallic materials used for pressure-containing components as per items listed in IP 18-12-1.
