Safety, Health And Environment Policy Statement

The Company’s Safety Policy applies equally to its SUBSIDIARIES, VENDORS, CONTRACTORS and other third parties associated with company activities. Safety is equally important as productivity and cost control in the company’s operations, which the company believes will be, contributes to its efficiency and business success.

INTESTMAL have developed our in house Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan. To summarize our HSE Policy statement is as follow;

Proper regard for Health, Safety and the Environment is an important social requirement and remains an essential condition for the successful operation of the Company. To ensure concerted effort by both management and staff to develop, promote and practice good habits in Health, Safety and the Environmental. The Company is totally committed to a dynamic program aimed at continuously improving performance in all Health, Safety and Environmental areas!

The Company carries out its operation in such a manner as to:

• Ensure a safe and present working environment.
• Ensure the safety and health of company and contractor employees within the areas of its operations.
• Prevent lost and damage to property resulting from its activities.
• Safeguard the conservation of the nature environment.
